Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TPS Worldwide LLC (DBA Jagan Worldwide Games), the operator of MatchupOdds (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older AND of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use the Site. Sports betting research and information access must be lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access at any time if we have reason to believe you do not.

Description of Service

The Site provides informational comparisons of sportsbook odds and player props sourced from third-party sports data providers. MatchupOdds is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not facilitate wagers, and does not have any affiliation with the integrity of any sporting event.

No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, gambling, investment, or legal advice. You should not rely on the Site as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified individual.

Accuracy and Verification

We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, prices, or other information shown on the Site. Odds are aggregated from third-party sources and may be delayed by minutes or longer, may contain errors, or may not reflect what is currently offered by an operator. You are responsible for verifying all current odds directly with the relevant sportsbook before placing any wager.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption. The Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or upstream data provider interruptions. TPS Worldwide LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from downtime, latency, or unavailability of any portion of the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by TPS Worldwide LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Sportsbook brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive comparison and identification.

Affiliate Relationships

MatchupOdds participates in sportsbook affiliate programs and may receive a commission when users sign up at a sportsbook through links on the Site. Affiliate relationships do not influence which odds are displayed or which book is highlighted as the best price. Best-line highlighting is based solely on the actual odds reported by each sportsbook. Some affiliate partnerships may not yet be active at any given time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically access the Site outside of normal browser usage.
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Site.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to bypass any access controls or security measures.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission.

User-Generated Content

The Site does not currently accept user-generated content of any kind.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. TPS Worldwide LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TPS Worldwide LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGERS, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM ANY WAGERING OR INVESTMENT DECISION MADE BASED ON CONTENT FROM THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPS Worldwide LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs except that the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and TPS Worldwide LLC regarding the Site.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
